Most of our competitors are good at the "Monitoring" and "Care" of Network Management, Help Desk, Support, and E-mail protection, but what they don't offer is price protection when you need it most...when things go very wrong and equipment fails.  The "Care" is there, but the "Repair" will cost you, and dearly.

Innovative Computer Systems's Platinum agreements contain extended warranty protection ("Break Fix") for all covered hardware.  Not just connectivity issues to your networked devices, operating system upgrades and various other "Care" procedures are included, Innovative Computer Systems covers everything including replacement parts or equipment, labor, and server down server from equipment manufacturers that the "Care" competition will charge you for.

Ask a competitor what happens when a power supply goes down on any of your mission critical servers that are past the manufacturer's warranty period on a Sunday morning.
